There was some dry ice left over from the Independence Day festivities, so I played with it. It looked cool, so I tried to take some pictures of it.
Found a junebug. Took some pictures. Still working with the "take fifty crappy pictures to get one good one" theory. Also, I need to trade up to something with usable manual focus, because this olympus is just pissing me off.
These people form california just keep showing up and landing on my porch. What's up with that?
We took our local steam train out to the middle of nowhere, Texas, with the Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow, to see Buster Keaton's classic movie, The General, accompanied by a live band, and a live train. It was pretty badass, all around.
I don't know why I take so many pictures of bugs and flowers. The auto focus on macro setting isn't so hot, and the manual focus setting is next to impossible to use on this bastard camera. Try to enjoy, anyway.
Incriminating evidence from the Strange Leisure Scavenger Hunt 2004. I don't have the team names right here, so we're just gonna wing it.
